Overview
This policy explains cancellations and refunds for the Deal Architecture review service provided by Netrix Enterprise LLC.
Before work begins
If you cancel an engagement before we begin work on your review, you are entitled to a full refund of any fee paid.
After work begins
Once we have begun the review, the fee reflects the professional time and analysis already committed to your transaction. If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery, we will refund any portion of the fee that reflects work not yet performed, at our reasonable determination.
After delivery
Because the review is a completed professional deliverable, fees are generally non refundable once the review has been delivered to you. If you believe there was a material error in our work, contact us and we will review the matter in good faith.
How to cancel or request a refund
To cancel an engagement or request a refund, email admin@kendallnorfork.com or call 678-365-1681. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
No guarantee of outcome
A refund relates only to the fee for the review. It is not tied to whether your transaction is approved, funded, or successful, which are outcomes outside our control.
